bringing back the arts hoodie just in time for Christmas! Are you in band,
choral, dance, drama, graphic tech, film studies, musical theatre or visual
arts? You can have a customized arts hoodie with all of your arts proudly
displayed on the sleeve. Interested? See your arts teachers or pick up an order
form in the office. Payments and orders due Monday, November 23rd.

minneapolis arts trip The Minneapolis trip has
been approved and there are only 7 seats left on the bus! they have to be filled by friday or the trip
will cancelled. Those students enrolled in first or second semester Visual Arts,
Graphic Tech, or Photography courses and are in Grades 10-12 can see Mrs.
Teichroew or Mr. Cichosz for information. Deadline for submitting a deposit to

faculty of engineering Attention all Future
Engineers at Westwood! The University of Manitoba is holding an Engineering Outreach
Day on November 19th from 930 to 330. Students will tour the faculty and take
part in fun physics activities, lunch is provided. Please see Mr. Fewer before
November 10th if you are interested.
volunteering Any students looking for
volunteer work and who would like to get a jump start on collecting their hours
are asked to see Mr. Fewer for opportunities around the community.
volleyball Congratulations to the JV
Girls volleyball team on their win against FRC last night and for finishing league
play undefeated! Excellent job girls! Come support them as they start their
playoff run this Thursday here at 4:30.

boys interested in playing basketball who are NOT currently playing volleyball.
curling practice thursday
girls hockey Congratulations to the
girls hockey team who defeated Shaftsbury 2-1 in a shootout. Emma stopped all 8 shooters in the
shootout and Kyla scored to give the girls the lead, while Meagan had the shootout winner.
The girls have practice today at 330pm and are to be dismissed at 3
pm.
