peak of the market   The Peak of the Market orders for Minneapolis are due Monday the november 30th, and veggie pickup is december 7th.

dance   congrats to all participants of the dance manitoba showcase this weekend. they did an outstanding job and should be very proud of their performances!

volleyball   Congratulations to the JV Girls volleyball team on winning their quarterfinal match on Friday night against River East. Unfortunately their Provincial run came to an end as they came up a little short on Saturday in the semi finals against CJS. Congratulations on an excellent season, you have a lot to be proud of.

On Friday we encourage everyone to take time to do something you love to make you feel good about yourself.

girls hockey   Congratulations to the girls hockey team who beat Oak Park 3-2 to put them into 3rd place in the A Division. Alicia Prociuk had 2 goals and Delaney Rosentreter had the go ahead goal.

girls hockey   Good luck to our girls hockey team who try to move into third place by taking on oak park today at Eric coy arena. Girls are to be dismissed at 220 and are to get any assignments from period 6 teachers.

boys hockey   meeting today at lunch in 111.  the boys play dakota at 4pm today at kw.

intramurals     Soccer Final today at 12:30 - EOM 1 vs Fake Madrid

remembrance day   our service is Tuesday at 11am.   students will be called to the gym before the end of period 2. all books, backpacks etc should be left in class. teachers – refer to mr. braun’s email.

art house films   a new film is screened every wednesday at 4:30 in our theatre. There is a brief introduction by mr. white, and a group discussion will follow.
next week’s film is citizen kane. pick up a permission form in the drama room.

job opportunity   There is a job opportunity at the Holiday Inn Airport West for a Recreational pool and playarea supervisor.  Please see Ms. Sheldon for more information.  Applicants must be at least 16 years old. 

cafeteria   karaoke in the caf on thursday.

art gallery field trip   The Winnipeg Art Gallery visit today is cancelled. All students are to attend classes.

arts wear   students who have already ordered their arts hoodie can go to the art room at lunch to try on a sample for sizing.

sources of strength   Join the students of the Sources of Strength in highlighting the “healthy activities” section of the SOS wheel by writing your healthy activity on the large paper in the cafeteria.

volleyball   Congratulations to the JV Girls volleyball team for their semi final win last night against Sturgeon, thank you to everyone who came out to support them.  They will need more support this Thursday when they take on St. Mary's in the finals at 6:45 at St. Paul's.
