their annual spring job fair. On site interviews will take place from 12-5 for
part time, full time, and summer positions
Rotary Opportunities The Rotary Club has 2 travel programs for students
who have a passion for learning more about science and technology or politics
and citizenship. Adventure in Citizenship and Adventure in Technology Programs
are one week travel workshops in which students will be immersed in learning experiences
in the given topic. For more

rotary career symposium Grade 11
students, the Rotary Career Symposium is on Tuesday, March 18th and you are all
invited to attend. This is a great opportunity
to explore careers, speak to people in the industry, learn what your
requirements will be for schooling or training and begin to plan your
future. Permission forms will be
available in Ms Bennett's waiting room and will be due back Monday Mar 17.

Westwood Collegiate Arts Advisory Group is pleased to present” P.O.P. Goes the
Arts!” For Love of the Arts Student Showcase on Monday, April 14th, 2014 at
Westwood Collegiate.
This year, there will be assigned
seating, $13 per ticket, $90 for a table of 8. Tickets will go on sale in the
library on Monday, March 10th, 2014. The Gallery will open at 5:30PM, doors to
the gym will open at 6pm, the show will start at 7pm. There will be a 50/50
draw as well as a door prize! Light refreshments will be provided; no outside
food will be permitted inside the gym.

floorball Any grade 9-12 student interested in playing for Team
Manitoba Floorball, please attend the following tryout dates:
March 17, 18, 24, 25 from 4-6pm at
Sturgeon Heights.
The team will be playing in the Canada
Cup May 15-18.

girls hockey Congratulations to the girls hockey team who
had the best season in their history finishing 18-2 in the regular season and
losing only one game in playoffs going 6-1 to win their first ever Winnipeg
Free Press Division Championship! The
girls laid it all on the line and showed what true champions are made scoring 5
goals in the third period to beat Selkirk 6-2 and outshot them 36-16. Goals were scored by Lauren, Nikki who had 2 goals, Emily who had a goal and 4 assists, and Alicia who had 2 goals and 3 assists and was named the games MVP.
This will be a season to remember and and big
congratulations to the grade 12 girls: Denae, Kristen, Riley, and Emily.
