late start tuesdays will take
place evERY Tuesday beginning September 16th, teachers are
participating in Professional Learning Community meetings resulting in a school
start time at 9:00. EVERY TUESDAY, class times are: Period 1 9:00-9:57,
Period 2 10:00-10:57, Period 3 11:00-12:03. Afternoon class times are
not affected.

grad Any student in grade 12 interested in being
on grad committee, please submit your form by 3:30pm wednesday.

fox walk is this friday. your last period teacher will have a money collection
envelope, and you will be walking with your teachers.
volunteers needed for a
rummage sale put on by anavets in october. see ms. bennett if you’re
interested. volunteer hours will be awarded.
ALS Icebucket Challenge John
Taylor Collegiate has issued a challenge to all SJSD schools and we will be
responding on Friday, Sept. 12, at 3:20.
If you are willing to accept the challenge, bring a bucket to room 219
by Wednesday 3:30. Include your name on
the bucket and bring in a donation of $5 minimum. All proceeds will be donated to the
Brummitt-Feasby ALS House in St. James.
cheerleading There will be
a brief meeting for any students interested in cheerleading on Wednesday, Sept
9 at 12:03 in room 115.
intramural soccer If you love
to play soccer then intramural soccer is the right thing for you. Sign up
outside of the gym before 3:30 PM Wednesday September 10th.
