tabs for harley   we’re collecting can tabs for harley, a little boy in our neighbourhood who needs a wheelchair. bring them in to the office.

piano accompanist   Sansome School is looking for an accompanist for choir practices on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:20 to 1:20 PM.  Interested students can see Ms. Russell or Mr. Edwards for more information.

grad   grad meeting is postponed.

Galapagos Trip  All students going to the Galapagos Islands are reminded to turn in their vegetable fundraising forms to Mr. Shoesmith before 3:30 on Friday.  Late orders cannot be processed.

cafeteria   tuesday – taco day, Wednesday – pasta, caesar salad & cupcakes, thursday – pizza

tadd   there will be a tadd meeting friday at lunch in the back of the library.  pizza will be served.

ib parent nights   september 25^th from 6-7 pm is our first grade 11 & 12 IB parent night. the second meeting is for grade 9 & 10 students – october 2^nd, from 6-7 pm.

blood donor clinic   there will be a bus traveling to canadian blood services on october 9^th at noon. permission forms are available in the office.  students must be 17 to donate.

guidance news   Reminder to all students, especially gr 12s, to sign up for Ms Bennett's Remind app.  Instructions are posted outside of Student Services by grade level.  Don't miss out on opportunities and reminders about post-secondary info, jobs/volunteer positions, scholarships info and events!

Gr 12s - Please sign up for Post - Secondary Presentations outside of Ms Bennett's office.  Friday Oct 3 is RRC, Mon, Oct 6 is U of M and Wed Oct 8 is U of W. Each presentation will be 1 hour. See Ms Bennett if you have any questions! 

gsa   The GSA will be meeting every Tuesday after school in the art room. All students are welcome!

finer things club    Finer Things club will be meeting Tuesdays at 3:30 from now on, not Wednesdays.

creative writing club   If you are interested in creative writing or are looking to pursue it after high school, please sign up for the new Creative Writing Club offered out of room 204 starting this Thursday at lunch. The sign up sheet is in front of Ms. Krecsy's class. See you this Thursday at lunch for the first meeting.

drive   in support of the jv girls volleyball tournament, we are throwing a tailgate party sept. 26^th from 3-6. there will be food, games and music.

volunteers needed   for a rummage sale put on by anavets in october. see ms. bennett if you’re interested. volunteer hours will be awarded.

curling  meeting for all curlers thursday at lunch in 118.

open gym basketball   there is open gym every friday at 7:30 am. all are welcome – boys and girls.

girls hockey   Good luck to our girls hockey team who try to 3-0 in their tournament.  Girls are to be dismissed at 11:15.
