remembrance day service our
school’s remembrance day service will take place Wednesday, november 9th at
11am. members of the public are welcome to attend.

dreamcoat grade 9 and 10 students who

craft sale The sign-up sheet for the
grad craft sale is now up outside of room 207. We need as many grads as
possible to volunteer for this event. Please come by and check the schedule and

student services news - The University Fair will
be held on Nov 3rd at Sturgeon Heights. It will be hosting a record number of
universities from around the country this year. Interested gr 11 and 12
students are to sign up in Student Services.
- Lunch and Learn will begin in November. This is an opportunity to
learn about possible careers and speak with professionals about their chosen
field; a different career will be presented every 2 weeks. Up coming
presentations for November are Engineering, Canadian Reserves and Skilled
Trades. Please see Ms Bennett for more info and to sign up for any of the
presentations.
extra help room 117 is open tuesdays
and wednesdays from 12:15 to 1pm for extra help and study time for all
subjects!
wcaag The Westwood Collegiate Arts Advisory Group,
which is a parent group that supports the performing and visual arts in the
school, will have their annual "meet and greet" on Thursday, November
3/16 at 7PM in the drama room. All parents, experienced and new, are invited to
attend!
