exam schedule   our january exam schedule is available on line and in the office. please pick one up, check for conflicts, and report any to mr. braun.

lost and found is displayed in the hallway. please check to see if you own any of the items. They will be donated to charity later in the week.

rock the halls   there is a meeting at lunch outside the office for anyone interested in performing.

broomball   all forms, money and deposits need to be turned in to mr. schmeichel by Wednesday at 3:30.

aida dvds   tuesday will be the last day to order a dvd or merchandise for aida. see mr. toms for details.

expressions   our dance choreography show, “expressions” is this wednesday and thursday from 7-8pm in our theatre – free of cost.

cafeteria   Wednesday – chocolate fondue for dessert. Thursday – fingers and fries.

spirit week is december 15-19   Tuesday – holiday hats and ugly sweaters, carolling in the caf at lunch, “A Christmas story” being shown in the caf from 6-8 pm. pizza, drinks and snacks will be sold.

Wednesday – jocks vs nerds dress up, ornament decorating in the caf.

Thursday – christmas vacation wear (appropriate beachwear), broomball tournament in the pm

friday – holiday cheer day, rock the halls at lunch.

Spirit Week   There is a locker decorating contest running all week.  Make your locker as festive as possible by Thursday in order to win a prize!

Rock the Halls   If you are interested in performing for Rock the Halls, please sign up on the bulletin board by the DRIVE calendar at the front of the school.  The list will be taken down at the end of the day on Wednesday.

grade level meetings will be tuesday morning during period 1 and 2.

toy challenge   mr. schmeichel’s leadership class presents westwood’s first ever gender wars! girls, boys and teachers are asked to collect gently used toys which will be donated towards the fire fighter toy drive. there will be boxes labelled boys, girls and teachers in front of the office until december 17^th.

ski trip    if anyone has ski trip forms and deposits, please hand them in to Mr. Sdrolias.

curling   congrats to our girls – they defeated vincent massey2 by a score of 9-5. all three of our teams remain undefeated as they head into the christmas break.
