the event   our event co-chairs will be screening last year’s event in the cafeteria today at lunch. you’ll also be able to sign up for this year’s event.

peak of the market   The Peak of the Market orders for Minneapolis are due Monday the november 30^th, and veggie pickup is december 7^th.

transamerica   on dec. 2^nd, westwood students united and the art house movie night will be showing the movie “transamerica”. there are posters all around the school. there will be free popcorn and all those who show up will get one free raffle ticket to enter a draw for two movie passes. tickets are $1 or 3 for $2.

art house films   a new film is screened every wednesday at 4:30 in our theatre. There is a brief introduction by mr. white, and a group discussion will follow.

next week’s film is transamerica. pick up a permission form outside of the drama room.

nicole    congratulations to nicole. she was awarded 2 silver medals for her short and long novice programs at superskate, held this weekend in winnipeg at the terry sawchuk arena.

girls hockey   Good luck to our girls hockey team as they take on Springfield today. Girls are to be dismissed at 2 pm for their game.
