courtyard initiative
there will be a fundraising pasta dinner at DJay’s on June 2nd
from 1:30 – 4 Pm. tickets are only $20, with half going to improve our courtyard.
Tickets are available from the school office.
pie a teacher
have you ever wanted to throw a pie at a teacher? well, on May 3rd
you can by entering a raffle. tickets are $3 and will be sold in front of the
cafeteria at lunch. posters are around the school with the list of teachers
participating. all proceeds go to siloam
mission.
choral Congratulations to our
choral students who gave an outstanding performance yesterday, from Centre Ice
at the MTS Centre!

Tuesday – taco in a bag and kd, Wednesday – pasta and caesar salad with
cupcakes and deep fried ice cream for dessert, Thursday – chicken gyros and

in For the Love of the Arts need to pick up their artwork by Friday in the art

ib all students who will be writing an ib exam
this spring are to meet in the theatre thursday at 11:30.
mental illness week
next week is mental illness week and there will be facts posted around
the school. there will also be bake sales next thursday and friday with
proceeds going to klinic.
grad committee
meeting is postponed till thursday at lunch.
grad video yearbook
grads need to sign up outside of 207 by the end of the week, or the
project will be cancelled.
university U of W will be here for a registration
meeting on Tues, April 30th from 9:00-10:00.
Students who have applied to U of W can sign up for the presentation
with Mr Fewer.
math extra help extra
help monday and thursday at lunch.
online phys ed The
deadline for grade 11 and 12 online phys.ed hours and modules is Wednesday, May
1st. Please see Mr. Schmeichel of Ms. Lundgren if you have any questions.
Please check the list outside the gym and
a reminder to those grade 12s who have not handed in their online PE forms will
be removed form floor hockey competition on wednesday if the forms are not
handed in.
sports camps Any
girls looking to participate in any sports camps this summer should see Mrs.
Lundgren for details.
boys hockey
windup is wednesday at 6 pm at Gus & Tony’s.
girls soccer There's
is a girls soccer practice thursday and Friday morning at 7:30 AM. please see Mr. Hayes if you can't make it
outdoor track There
will be a meeting today (Wed) at 12:05pm in room 121 for students interested in
participating on the Outdoor Track Team.
beach volleyball There
will be a brief meeting for all athletes signed up for Beach Volleyball on
Friday in room 113 at 12:03.
badminton Practice
today at 3:30 for all teams going to provincials.
boys rugby There
is a boys rugby practice on Wednesday beginning at 5:00 at Lincoln.
There is also a boys rugby meeting today
at 12:30 in room 124. All team members
are expected to attend.

fire department is hosting run for wishes may 25 – there are forms in the
office. proceeds go to the rehabilitation centre for children.
