math contest Attention
all grade 9, 10 and 11 math students who wrote this year’s University of
waterloo math Contest. There will be a
meeting on Wednesday this week to go over the contest results. The meeting will take place from 12:10 - 12:30
in Mr Penning's room 117.
choral Congratulations to the Chamber Choir on their
outstanding performance of three Canadian folk songs at the Canadian
Citizenship Ceremony yesterday at the Law Courts Building.
There is no Choral Major class today after
school. All Choral Majors need to sign
up for a coaching time in the choral room this week.
U of M Students
who have applied to U of M: there will be a mandatory presentation for you on
Monday, April 22nd during pd 2 in the theatre.

peer support
there is a beginner peer support meeting Thursday after school in
student services. Anybody interested is welcome to attend.
musical theatre
audition packages are available for pickup in the choral room. all
musical theater students must sign up for an audition time and pick up a
package.
Grad & Parent Safe Grad Orientation
The Manitoba Liquor Control Commission
& the Winnipeg Police Service will be presenting information regarding Safe
Grad for our grads and their parents on Tuesday, April 16. Times are as
follows: Grads: 10-11 am Parents: 7-8 pm
United Way Student Community Service
Award This award is open to all current grade
11 students and is based on service to one’s community through volunteer
activities. All grade 11 students are asked to submit their CIA hours log sheet
into the office by April 26 . The person selected will best demonstrate the
United Way’s philosophy of people caring for each other. See Mr. Braun for more
details.

BOYS SOCCER Next practice
will be on Monday after school at KW at 3:45 sharp. Bring your kit and be ready to sweat. Also, if you have not already signed up for
soccer this season, and are interested in joining the boys team, please talk to
Mr. Aguirre or Mr. Edwards about getting your name on the roster and feel free
to join us on Monday after school.

a reminder that the league banquet is this wednesday at 7pm at Canad Inns Polo
Park. Remember that you are to be there

soccer after school today is cancelled.
Practices this week are at Westwood, Wednesday morning at 7:30AM and

phys ed attendance will be in the
theatre for all gym classes today. mr.s lundgren’s class will meet in the cave
for period 1.
badminton Congratulations to all Badminton Team
players who competed this past weekend at Louis Riel. A special recognition
goes out to Sydney Kidd and Kyla Dyck who finished in the top eight in girls
doubles.
