battlefields tour There will be a Europe
Battlefields Trip Parent Meeting Wednesday at 6:30 in the theater. If you signed up for the trip, please plan to
attend with your parents.

potato wedges.
Yip YiPpers going to volunteer at Koats for Kids this Thursday, need to
get your permission forms in by Thursday at noon.
Blood donor clinic This holiday season, give the most precious gift of
all. Give the gift of life by donating
blood. Permission forms and a sign up
sheet are now available in the office.
The clinic is on Dec. 4th at noon.
To donate, you must be 17 or older and in good health.

december 5th.
WCAAG The Westwood Collegiate Arts Advisory Group (WCAAG)
will be meeting on Tuesday, November 18th at 7PM in the school library. All
parents who have children in an arts program are encouraged to attend. (Arts
programs at Westwood include: Band, Choral, Dance, Drama, Film Studies, Graphic
Tech, Musical Theatre, and Visual Art).

drive be sure to sign up for the lip sync
competition friday. the sign-up sheets are outside the office, cafeteria and
mr. shoesmith’s room. the first place prize is 4 $25 gift cards to polo park!
clothing drive westwood is sponsoring a
clothing drive. students are asked to bring in new or gently used clothing,
including outerwear, to their period 3 teacher. Collection boxes will be in
each period 3 classroom, and all clothing will be counted towards the period 3
challenge. the deadline is november 21st.
grad craft sale The sign-up sheet for the
Grad Craft Show, taking place on Nov 22nd, is now up outside of room 207. All
grads are encouraged to sign up for a shift on the friday or Saturday (nov. 21
or 22). Please see Ms.Walterson with any questions.

28th at lunch with their grad ring display.
aida it runs december 8-13, at 7 pm. tickets are
$12, available in the library.
arts Visual Arts, Graphic Technology, and
Photography students will be displaying their artwork Monday through Thursday
each week on stage in the Cafeteria. faith fileccia is being featured this

transcona last night. talen and bryce led the way with hat tricks! dryland

their 3 sets to 1 win over cjs last night – they’re in provincials! their next
match is thursday at 8pm vs vincent massey at tci.
curling congrats to ww1 for their over vincent
