Monday, June 16, 2014 Day 5


today is the last day of classes. Exams begin tomorrow. make sure you’ve picked up an exam schedule in the office and reported any conflicts to mr. valentim. remember, return library books and textbooks, and leave all electronic devices in the office when you’re writing your exams.

 

sing-a-standard   Vocal Jazz students present, Sing-A-Standard-Night tonight at 7PM.  Admission Free.  Silver Collection at the door. Enjoy the outstanding voices of our Vocal Jazz students, backed up by the Johnny Alexiuk Trio!

 

Chicago arts trip presents the Memories of Chicago Pizza Luncheon

Who: All students and chaperones who were on the Chicago Arts Tour 2014

What: Pizza Buffet including salads, pizza, breadsticks, pasta, and dessert pizzas. Sorry no gluten free pizzas available.

Where: Pizza Hut, 3421 Portage Avenue

When: Wednesday, June 25th from 11:30AM-1:30PM

Note: This is a complimentary lunch- no cost involved!

RSVP: Let Mrs. Teichroew (cteichroew@sjsd.net ) know if you plan to attend, by Friday, June 20th. You can attend only if you RSVP!

 

community service hours   get them in asap!

 

library   Books must be returned by today. Any outstanding library dues must be cleared before this date as your diploma will be held. Staring Monday, June 23rd to Friday, June 27th library is closed for inventory.

 

musical theatre   Auditions for Westwood Collegiate Musical Theatre Program's productions of "Aida" and "Sound of Music" begin this week.  If you haven't signed up for an audition slot,  please do so ASAP in the choral room!

 

grads!  get your pictures and blue and pink forms in to the office asap.

 

Exam schedules   are available in the office.  See mr. valentim in the office if you have a conflict.

 

mini warriors   there will be an appreciation pizza lunch in the cave at noon for all students who helped with mini warriors basketball and volleyball.
