community service   Students who are looking for volunteer hours have an opportunity to volunteer with the Teddy Bear's Picnic on May 25th.  Please see Ms Bennett for details.

 

online courses   Attention students with online courses:  The deadline to complete the course is Tuesday, June 10.  After this date, any courses incomplete will result in a loss of credit.  Please see Mr. Braun if you have any questions.

 

choral solo night   Choral Major Solo Night is TONiGHT at 7:00 PM in the theatre.  Admission is free and there will be a Silver collection at the door. This Solo Night is on a Broadway Musical theme, featuring our outstanding Westwood soloists, and music from your favourite shows, including Rent, The Sound of Music, Beauty and the Beast, Aida and more!!  

A reminder to all Choral Majors that the dress rehearsal with Cary Denby begins at 10:30 AM in the theatre.

 

TADD mock crash   may 12 – students are asked to not park in the student parking lot.  postponed because of weather. students can park in the student parking lot.

 

brave the shave   anybody interested in participating on may 30^th can pick up pledge forms in the office.

 

Pride   Students wanting to attend the Pride Coffee House or march in the Pride Parade with the GSA can sign up outside of the art room.

 

valedictorian anyone wanting to audition for valedictorian or toast to the staff – there is an information meeting tuesday, may 13^th at noon in room 207.

 

safegrad applebees pancake breakfast   it’s on may 24^th from 8-10am at the applebees on grant. tickets are $10 – available in the office.

grads can sign up outside of 207 to volunteer at the breakfast or the grad car wash.

 

Camp Scholarship   Any student that is attending an athletic camp over the summer and is interested in a scholarship please pick up an application form from Mr.Schmeichel. Applications are due by Friday, May 23rd.

 

rugby  girls - first game is Monday at sturgeon heights at 5:00.  The boys rugby team played a hard match against st james but came up just short losing 29 - 26.  Trys were scored by Aaron Major and Nick Giles.  The team is reminded of tonight's game at Sturgeon Heights beginning at 4:30 PM.

 

girls soccer   There will be an important Girls Soccer meeting today at noon (12:03) in room 214.  Everybody must attend.

 

golf   all students are to see mr. schmeichel sometime today.
