grads are reminded to get their volunteer hours in to the office asap.
lockers Locker cleanup/inspection
will take place on Thursday - not Friday as originally scheduled. Students will be dismissed at 11:40. If a student has an exam, she/he must
complete it prior to being dismissed.
yip There will be a brief but
important Yip meeting on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. in Student Services to
complete our year end evaluation and discuss plans for next year.
lost and found
check the lost and found. items not picked up by friday will be donated
to charity.
peer support
applications are available in the office if you would like to be a part
of peer support next year.
event dvds are on sale for $15. see shannon or kyla in front of the
office before school and at lunch for an order form.
senior drama major company
will be presenting “wild oats” on june 12, 13 and 14 at 7 pm. admission
is $5 at the door.
junior drama major company there
will be a short ½ hour production on tuesday at 12:30 and 7 pm. shakespearE
monologues and a variety of other scenes will be presented. no admission fee,
so come out to see what the junior company has been up to! see the posters
around the school.
math extra help mrs.
nemetchek will be offering extra help monday and thursday at lunch this week as
you prepare for exams..
boys soccer Congratulations goes out this morning to the
boys soccer team for their 6-1 win over Portage last night. This win clinched the team the bronze medal
in division B championship playoffs. Although the weather looked nasty last
night, it turned out to be magical evening with stellar play by the boys. Goals were scored by: Zach Nickerson, Garret Uskoski, Mike Bachalo
and Colton Rooney....with both Nickerson and Uskoski getting 2 a piece. The night also saw goalie Michael Haines get
an assist with a great heads up play and Justin Wong with a nice try on a penalty
kick.
You can catch the boys in their final
game of the season on the 18th as they play the girls team in their season
wind-up.
girls soccer The
girls play St James in the final Today at 445 at St James and would appreciate
a lot of fans out to cheer them on.
floor hockey
game 3 of the floor hockey championship is today – eom 1 vs morrow.at
12:30.
wednesday is The John Wood cup....John
Taylor is here for our annual challenge at
11:30. Students can leave class early with
their teacher’s permission and attend the game for a $1.00 donation to Siloam
Mission.
